We reserve the right to charge you a reasonable administrative fee for any manifestly unfounded or excessive requests concerning your access to your Personal Data, and for any additional copies of the Personal Data you request from us.
10. How long we will hold your personal data for
We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal, regulatory or internal policy requirements.
In certain circumstances, we may retain your Personal Data for a longer period (e.g. where we are required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation on us in the event of a legal claim).
