Aurora Appoints Nairn Black as Chief Financial Officer

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nairn Black as Aurora’s new Chief Financial Officer. He brings over 25 years of financial, investment, and operational leadership across high-growth and private equity-backed businesses.

A Chartered Accountant by training, Nairn has held senior roles with The NWH Group, Clyde Blowers Capital, and Noble Group, where he led M&A activity, restructurings, and growth strategies across the UK and globally.

His track record in shaping finance functions and driving transformation as well as managing investments, complements Aurora’s leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth and innovation.

Commenting on his appointment, Nairn Black said:
